Dear Potential Extra You Associate, 

At Extra You we have a unique approach to selecting candidates:  A 4-Step online process that is done strictly by email only.  No phone calls will be returned about employment inquiries.  

Extra You selects prospective employees based solely on our process, your follow up skills, and your ability to follow instructions.   This is because at Extra You, the key to our business is taking care of our clients and following their instructions.  

If you do NOT have an email, computer, internet, printer, fully insured car, or have the ability to follow up diligently....then you will not qualify as an Extra You employee.  You must pass a full background check.  If you attempt to call us or inquire further via email...please don't be offended or shocked at our ignoring your efforts.  We will not deviate from our process, even if you come by referral.  

The type of work we do at Extra You requires initiative and a diverse skill set.   If you are responsible, thorough, and follow through reliably, then you might meet the standards of an Extra You employee.  If you are energetic to begin the application process with us, please email your resume with a brief note describing why you would like to work in a company like Extra You.  Please request the Steps to Employment and we will respond via email with "Step #1."
