We are a Life Management and Personal Concierge services company known as "Extra You" in Northern Virginia, DC Metro area in the USA.  We have clients who live abroad (Africa, London, India, Bahamas, Indonesia, Australia, Costa Rica, Japan, Spain & Russia thus far) that own homes here and we "house sit" for them or better known as Property Management

We visit the home 1-3 times a week checking mail, forwarding the mail, dealing with contractors when necessary, watering plants, letting maids in and out, organization and grocery shopping (so they have a stocked kitchen when coming home). We house sit on an "as needed basis" - if the owners come home, we proceed once they leave.

We operate on a month to month basis. We also offer: Organization, personal assistant (virtual and local), errands, returns, personal bill paying and senior care services. Many of our clients "adult children" live overseas and have parents here in the Northern Virginia area. We take their parents to the Doctor, do their grocery shopping, and watch after them as if they were our own parents. We stay in contact with the family abroad and report back to them if (or when) needed.  We're here when you can't be.

We are also interested in "cross linking" with other concierge businesses abroad, so if you know someone pass our name and site on!
