PackageOkay, even the organized person has to maintain "being organized" we recently began using a checklist on the location of ALL the faucets, sinks and toilets in the houses we "house watch"

Regardless if it's a vacation client (which we don't have many of) or a client we take care of monthly because they own a home here in Northern Virginia and have a home out of the country (most) or out of the state (some).

It has the breakdown of each room (IE: Kitchen, Powder Room(s), Full Bath on Main Level, Master Bedroom/Bath, Basement, Outside Faucets, etc.)

It shows the DATE of the "water flush" a check list for it being turned ON and OFF and a column for NOTES. We make sure a full water flush is done in the homes, cars are started (and shut off) along with many other "checks" in walking

the home to make sure everything is "A-Ok"

We don't like for packages to be sitting out side "waiting for the rain" or our visit, so for those who are gone "always" we have their packages delivered to OUR HOMES and take them over on our next visit. One of our clients lives in Australia and

she does a lot of shopping, we open the packages and place it where it needs to go. Fun for us, convenient for her!
