Safe Baby

Safe StartSafe StartI heard someone say recently; "Did you tell them my home isn't baby proof?"

No, I actually didn't because I thought there would be a few adults around to watch the sweet like tike. I love what Michelle said, who owns "Safe Start Baby" "We understand the importance of giving children the freedom they need to learn and explore" and I love the business concept. Although I personally believe just because you "plug up plugs" and may pad sharp corners doesn't mean everything should be nailed to the ceiling. Children need to be able to explore while living in "their home" as a home.  The safety of my home was secure, while the rest stayed "as is" and they learned mommy has her things and you have yours. So when we go to "Mrs. Jones" - these are her things and these are yours. I use to tell my kids, "you're not blind. Look with your eyes, not your hands." I even remember going into stores saying "put your hands in your pockets"  I've referred several clients to Safe Start Baby. If you need help with installation, supplies or just general baby proofing call Michelle.
