Extra You hires part-time employees (not contractors), who have all completed a rigorous screening process.  Our due diligence includes background investigations including multi-state criminal checks, sexual offender status, social security verification, address history, and driving records.  Extra You screens its applicants carefully and does not release their personal records to clients as this is against our HR policies, however feel free to contact us with questions about the skill sets of our talented employees.

Employees must be fully insured on the vehicle they are driving, and their driving records are verified yearly.  Regrettably employees cannot drive your car with you in it. 

Extra You screens prospective employees through a 4 step process via email before ever meeting in person.  We look for people who will go the extra mile, will follow through and those who make a real effort with us.  We believe if prospective employees won't prioritize communication with us before or during an interview process, then they certainly won't with you after they are hired.  

Aside from the part-time employees listed below, we also employ a Copywriter/Editor, PR Person, Bookkeeper, Virtual Assistant and currently have five (5) part-time employees:

Donna

Donna, who works with one of our corporate clients and also helps with our property management clients. She's wonderful with seniors doing errands & returns and is simply a great all around "Jane of all Trades." - Donna works primarily in the Norther Virginia area. She's been a wonderful asset to Extra You.

Kay (Virtual Administrative Assistance - See Resume below) Available in Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC to the small business person. Kay is extremly reliable, has great follow up skills, very diverse background and proficient in many software programs.

Rebekah Phelps

The Jane of all Trades, okay, let's be honest and "finish this"...the Master of none. I'll let "ya'll" gossip about me (or just read the testimonies) but I do a lot of organizational work such as filing projects and purging of personal belongings. I really enjoy working with seniors and those with special needs and challenges. I'm also "Certified to teach Grief Recovery" by The Grief Recovery Institute and hold classes in groups of 8, 12 or 15. In a personal or corporate setting. Classes last 12 weeks. Feel free to contact me anytime, about anything!
