Your help has been efficient and creative and I certainly could not have arrived at this "ready for sale" position without your ideas and help. My daughter came into visit (who is a decorator) and is very impressed. She wants me to have you unpack and "stage" the new place as well. She said; "Dad, your place has never looked so good" Ha, I'm not sure how to take that!
Now the success of this project, for the time being will depend on unseen forces and people most of whom I have no knowledge of and certainly no control over. So fate, luck and helpfulness of the prayers you mentioned will be controlling the house for now.
