Blaine and Phyllis,

Drove to your home today to meet Plumber. Also had him check ALL toilets. Thank God because ALL but the basement were loose! Tiny small crack in the bathroom toilet tank.

This is where the leak was coming from but not because of "the tiny crack" ... it was the bolt underneath the tank. Also stopped at Sears in Manassas to get batteries and set 7 timers on the lamps. Also turned on the radio. Advice is to wait two weeks to do any repair work to make sure ceiling area in basement is dry. This is on my schedule. Don't worry!

I'll deal with mouse traps and batteries for smoke detectors when I go next week and/or meet repairman.
